What’s Project PEAK?

  • Project PEAK is a 10-week evidence-based online parenting program

  • It’s for parents/guardians of young children showing symptoms of ADHD. 

  • The educational modules are provided by College of Education in Lehigh University, and conducted by a trained Mind Trek Counseling therapist.

What do we offer?

  • Learn effective behavior management strategies

  • Receive 1:1 support

  • Develop a personalized plan

  • Attend PEAK sessions when it works for you!

What are the enrollment criteria?

  • Children must be 3-6 years old

  • Exhibiting symptoms of ADHD (ADHD diagnosis not necessary)

  • Not be diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder or an Intellectual Disability

  • Parent will engage into a regular therapy with our therapist Melissa Turner, LPC, who is the implementing therapist of the program in Mind Trek Counseling.

What’s the cost?

This is a research-supported project, so there are no additional costs for the program beyond your regular therapy fees. Sponsored by Institute of Education Sciences (IES), National Science Foundation (NSF), the program is FREE!
